I went to Ann Marie for help with a reacuring memory from my childhood that I felt kept me stuck even
though I am in my early forties. Ann Marie is very skilled in listening and from here she was able to put
my story into a session which was quite straight forward and not as difficult as some I had in the past, this
was very refreshing as counselling for me at times was very painful and it was great to get such relief
without a dramatic session.
